OFFICE HOURS AND APPOINTMENTS

We are pleased to offer same day appointments. Please call ahead for office appointments, as we will be unable to accommodate walk-ins. We understand that emergencies do arise, and we will make every effort to see your child in a convenient and timely manner. For the consideration of all children, please be on time.

CANCELLATIONS

Please call ahead if you are going to be late or unable to make your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are not cancelled with a 24-hour notice.

TELEPHONE CALLS

For non-emergency issues, we request that you call during regular office hours. Our staff and physicians will be happy to make appointments, referrals, and to refill prescriptions during these times. After office hours, there is an on call nurse and an on call physician available to help with urgent medical issues that cannot wait until the next office day.  Please have your pharmacy information available in case this is needed to care for your child.

FEES AND PAYMENT

We currently accept most insurances. If you do not have insurance, we request that payment be made at time of service. Co- payments will be collected at patient registration, and insurance information will be verified at this time. Please bring your insurance cards with you at each visit. If you have any billing questions, please do not hesitate to discuss them with our billing department.

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS-TO-BE

We would be delighted to have your new baby as a member of our practice. We would be happy to meet you and to give you a tour of our office.

Our physicians provide newborn coverage and see infants born at Baptist Northeast. At other hospitals, physicians who are specialized in neonatal care will see your baby in the nursery. An initial checkup for your infant will be scheduled shortly after discharge from the hospital, as directed by the neonatologist.
